Nanyuki Day Trip Excursion

Nanyuki town in Central Kenya is located at the foot of Mt. Kenya, Africa’s second-highest mountain. It’s approximately a 3-hour drive from Nairobi. Notably, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy is situated in Nanyuki town.

The excursion involves:

Drive from Nairobi in the early morning to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which is not only home to the endangered Grevy Zebra and beautiful reticulated giraffe but also houses the only chimpanzee sanctuary in East & West Africa. Additionally, it’s the refuge for the last two Northern White Rhinos in the world. This conservancy also boasts other wildlife, including lions, leopards, dik-diks, impala, and elephants.

Arrive in time to embark on a game drive at the conservancy before indulging in a sumptuous, filling lunch—all with a touch of our African hospitality.

After lunch, visit the chimpanzee sanctuary before heading back to Nairobi. If time allows, you can also do some souvenir shopping before drop-off in Nairobi.
